Feeder Program

RRTN's ASTEM marketing and recruitment process targeting talented minority youth is based on a four prong strategy:

  • Partnering with schools and organizations focused at minority youth, especially black youth
  • Creating a global network of RRTN node sites at universities, schools, and community centers
  • Creating and disseminating entertaining marketing and educational tools around black cultural legacy in ASTEM
  • Be a feeder to leading institutions seeking experienced and talented pre-professional youth
